Raspberry curd

One of the first things you'll notice about our Raspberry curd, even before you open the bottle, is the colour. It has a deep burgundy appearance quite unlike the equivalent shop bought and mass produced ones you see daily.

Then theres the taste, an important fact which you mustnt lose sight of is that this produce does'nt have any factory made chemicals in, so the flavour is altogether natural, smoother and not as sharp as you would expect however the fullness of the flavour lingers on between bites. Which oddly is just like the fruit !! This Raspberry curd won aBronze Award at the London Great Taste Awards in 2003. Fortnum and Mason sponsored these awards.

Ingredients: Sugar, Raspberry Juice (40%) eggs, butter, Citirc Acid, and a gelling agent which is Fruit Pectin.
