The Lime with Honey curd featured here gives a timely zap on your tongue washed over by the honey element in the curd. The Honey portion gives it a unique sweetness that can only be Honey.

Ingredients: Sugar, Lime Juice (26%) eggs, butter, Honey (6%), Lime Oil, Citirc Acid, and a gelling agent which is Fruit Pectin.
